Service and repair of printers in Wrocław

We carry out repairs mainly at our service centre in Wrocław. You can bring the printer in yourself or order a pickup. For large devices, such as copiers, A3 multifunction printers or plotters, an on-site diagnosis at the customer’s premises is possible — we agree its terms individually when you submit your request. An on-site visit is for diagnosis; we do not guarantee that the fault will be fixed during the first visit.

Pickup or delivery of a printer within 2.5 km of our service centre costs 25 zł net. For longer routes, we add 2 zł net for every kilometre above 5 km of the total round trip. Separate rates apply to plotters and some specialist printers, including sublimation and edible (food) printers — you will find them on the pages of those services. In urgent cases, where possible, we handle pickup or delivery as a priority at no extra charge.

We provide post-warranty service in Wrocław (Krzyki, Fabryczna, Grabiszyńska, Psie Pole) and the surrounding area.

If your printer has a valid manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend using the service centre specified in the terms of that warranty. We handle post-warranty repairs and give our own warranty on the repairs we carry out.

Yes. We give our own warranty on the repairs we carry out. Its length depends on the type of device, the scope of work and the parts used — detailed terms are given on the individual service pages, including laser, inkjet and thermal printer service.

Most repairs take 1–3 working days. Complex faults, specialist repairs or waiting for parts may extend this time. In urgent cases, where possible, we speed up the repair at no extra charge.

We provide a replacement printer when the device being repaired needs a longer service and we have a suitable replacement device available. In typical cases, we deliver it within 24 working hours, depending on the availability of a suitable device; we agree the delivery terms when you submit your service request. We do not charge a subscription fee — you pay for the prints made according to the price list, toner is on us, and the customer provides the paper. Details: replacement printer.

We diagnose and fix these symptoms every day: no printing, paper jams and paper not feeding, streaks, smudges, faded prints, blank pages, no connection to the computer or network, noisy operation or no power. The initial diagnosis online and when you bring the device to our service centre is free. The full diagnosis is also free if we carry out the repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the price shown in the current price list for the relevant device category applies.

When you bring your printer to our service centre, we carry out the initial diagnosis within 15 minutes — we then tell you the likely cause of the fault and an estimated cost. We give you the exact repair cost after the full diagnosis, usually within 1–2 days.

The cost depends on the type of fault and the parts needed. Prices in the price list are net. If a service shows “+ parts”, the price covers labour, and any parts needed are charged separately.

It depends on the type of fault, the condition of the device, the availability of parts and the repair cost. After the diagnosis, we tell you plainly whether the repair makes economic sense. On request, we prepare a written technical report with photographic documentation (an additional service according to the price list).

Yes. As part of cleaning and maintenance, we remove dust, paper dust and toner residue, clean the paper path and pickup rollers, and carry out calibration. The scope of cleaning and maintenance depends on the type and design of the printer.
