If a repair is not worth it, we will tell you openly. We don’t replace parts unnecessarily, and we always return the replaced ones.
We return replaced parts and components to the customer. This way you can be sure what was really replaced.
During the repair we provide a “Replacement printer” service — your work at home and in the office doesn’t come to a standstill.
